Jenny Gordon, Real Estate Broker
I have over 25 years industry experience selling residential and commercial real estate in Chicago, Kansas City and for the last 15 years in the Wausau metro area. I enjoy helping families and businesses relocate to Central Wisconsin from all over the United States and abroad. Formerly an Interior Architect in Chicago and current owner of Goldware Interior Design, I have fun sharing design ideas with my real estate clients; just like on the TV shows. I am a graduate of the University of Wisconsin- Madison, married my high school sweetheart and together we raised our family right here in town. We are very proud to call Wausau home. Call me anytime, I look forward to working with you!

Enjoying food, fitness and hospitality, I obtained my BS in nutritional sciences from the University of CT and worked for 10 years as a dietitian. I delight in listening and learning about others’ lifestyles, cultures and nutritional needs to integrate creative ways to improve their health and wellness.
My husband, two dogs and I relocated to the Wausau area in 2017 and purchased our dream home – a real fixer upper! Even though I left a large city, I quickly fell in love with Wausau, with its vast array of outdoor activities and charming downtown all within a quick drive or bike ride. Wausau added kayaking, cross country skiing and snow shoeing to my other hobbies of hiking, biking, playing games, cooking and having dinner with friends.
Activities that make a house a home have always been enjoyable to me. This was put to the test with our Wausau purchase. Amidst the designing, research, plumbing, framing, tiling, flooring and drywall installations, I became familiar with design decisions and construction of a house. I fell in love with homes and helping people with their homes became a new passion of mine. I feel energized when helping others with their home sale/purchase and providing resources for their decision-making process.
I look forward to getting to know you and helping you buy or sell your home. I’m just a quick phone call or text away at (715) 551-2170, or you can email me at bethany@amaximmo.com
Rob Iriarte, Realtor
After spending over 20 years working with institutional clients in the financial markets, my wife Kathy and I decided to move to Wausau and raise our three children Parker, Abby and William. After years of work transfers between New York and Chicago, we feel very fortunate to be able to put down roots in Wausau.
I have spent my entire career working with clients and built great relationships with them. I bring that same passion and integrity for putting my clients first in real estate.
I attended Adelphi University and received my BS in Business and a Minor in Banking. From there I began my career working on the American Stock Exchange (now part of the NYSE) working for a specialist firm. I continued my financial education in order to serve my clients better earning Series 4,7,55 and 63 designations.
For the next 20 years I managed trading operations in New York and Chicago. I worked with customers all over the country and parts of Europe. I am detailed oriented and customer focused.
When I am not shuffling my kids around to their activities I like to get on my bike and get lost for a few hours or hit Granite Peak where there is never a line. My wife and I also enjoy snow shoeing and hiking at Rib Mountain State Park.
To reach me, you can call our office most mornings at (715) 841-0015, ring my cell or text me directly at (973)896-0680 or email me anytime at rob@amaximmo.com
Tori Diny Schulz, Realtor
There’s a lot that goes into a house—the design, construction, maintenance, the people, pets, all the menagerie and the memories. One of my youngest memories is sitting on the couch eating rice cakes and watching This Old House with my mom. I love(d) how Tom Silva and the crew talked with the owners about their family and house, while uncovering how the house was built, maybe something unique, or something that needed improvement so it would better serve the family for years and years. I also remember my parents building their house starting with the main level then finishing additional bedrooms, bathrooms, etc. as our family grew. I watched and helped them where I could over the years.
With the purchase of our own house—a bit of a fixer-upper—my husband and I are delving into home renovations including painting throughout and refinishing the damaged hardwood floors so their natural beauty shines through again—took some tips from TOH. We learned some new techniques, had some ‘hangry’ moments, but mostly we had so much fun working together. We look forward to the next project.
Finally deciding to become a Realtor has been so great, because I get to see all kinds of houses and get to know new people and families. Wherever life takes us, we tell stories and make memories; I think houses are similar. They have a legacy of keeping its residents warm and safe, and providing space for those stories and memories.
Other interests of mine are cooking, baking, sewing, and dancing. I dance in my kitchen while cooking; I also teach dance, primarily ballet, in Wausau. I have a BFA from the UW-Milwaukee.
No matter what you are looking for, I am so happy to help you make new memories here or take them with you wherever you go. 715-803-3893 and tori@amaximmo.com, anytime!

"Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value They helped us every step of the way while buying our first home. They secured a last minute inspection and appraisal and sent us a great gift after we closed on our home. They were available anytime, day or night and even helped us find home insurance. Gizo and Elena are the sweetest realtors you’ll ever find. Anything we needed to do, they either did it for us or made it as easy as it can be.
